If you're here, you've probably already played one or more of these applications, so I'm going to cut to the chase: there's not a lot of difference between them. I know, shock of shocks. I'm also aware there are more built on the same framework that I simply haven't played yet. The importance of this similarity is that it makes the strategy for each of these games pretty much the same, especially when it comes to purchasing properties. So, exploiting that, I've put together a few calculators to assist players in maximizing their profits with each property purchase. My calculators take the number of each property you own and use that information to suggest the next 10 purchases you should make (sorted ascending by lowest cost/profit ratio, aka hours for return on investment), telling you how much money you'll need out of the bank/vault to complete the purchase of the properties and pre-requisite plots. If you cannot afford the best deal (the highest rank suggestion), or if it is not yet available to you, skip a step here and there to boost your income with properties you can acquire until you can reach that best deal. Your profit is best maximized when buying in 10's, but you can get suggestions for the best deal in buying 10, 5, or 1 at a time. If you are early in the game and cannot afford much of anything right now, the best advice I can give you is take baby steps, investing as much as possible into lower cost plots and properties until you have enough cash flow for these calculators to be of better use to you.
